  How CSRO Works

CSRO member companies can work with you individually or as a group. Depending on the nature of the project, a CSRO member company will be identified as the “project lead” for managing the project.

Project commitments, contracts, deliverables, and billing are invoiced via the Project Lead.

CSRO members are committed to sharing leads and project work to continuously improve the strength of its organization.

BENEFITS

International Experience

CSRO members have many years of combined international experience working with clients from private industry, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations. Clients benefit from our diverse project experience which is shared by and offered by us.

Together, we deliver training to organizations and individuals, provide leading edge technology solutions, develop and write comprehensive contingency plans, and provide critical incident response services covering the full spectrum of crisis incident management.

Local Solutions

The Project Lead works closely with you to understand what you require, what your local environmental and social conditions are, and what your existing regulatory framework is. This knowledge is considered and applied to what has worked previously. Whether you require a contingency plan, training, records management, technology, equipment, or spill response, CSRO can advise and work with you to develop what will be best.

The result is a customized local solution for you.
